Summary: It was a good stay at the hotel and the kids loved the water park. Also they are service dog friendly.

Summary: Overall we enjoyed our quick one night stay! Hotel room sermed mostly clean and well stocked. We didn't have any issue with noise from surrounding rooms even though we had a connecting room (the other room may have been empty though). We could hear kids running up and down the hall quite a bit but thats to be expected in a place like this. Waterpark was fun, but crowded. Definitely not enough chairs/tables for people, especially with families taking up multiple tables per group. Our only real complaint/concern is one that i'm not sure how the hotel themselves could fix - behavior of children at the waterpark. The amount of unsupervised, and wild kids there was frustrating. We expect lots of kids, and loud and crazy behavior etc, but kids literally taking a tube out of my 6 year olds hands? Shoving him out of the way in line for a slide, literally running in the lazy river and flipping my sons tube over among other frustrating behavior, made us not spend as much time in the waterpark as we had anticipated. We did go back in the morning at opening, and it was definitely better. Overall though we did enjoy the stay, and would consider visiting again when in the area!

Summary: Was all good except the bath tub had a few inches of standing water before we even used it. Of course it only got worse after we used it and never drained. Really gross!

Summary: Pool area could use updating, paint was noticably peeling off walls and lack of water tubes on weekends. Many pool activites for a small area, nicely laid out. Arcade had multiple out of order games. Nice clean rooms. Front desk and housekeeping staff was friendly. Good stay, but not somewhere I'd go out of my way to stay again.

Summary: I recently stayed in a family suite at this hotel, which is supposed to accommodate 9 people, but it was far from a pleasant experience. First of all, there weren’t enough sheets or bedding for the pull-out bed or the bunk bed. We called the front desk multiple times to ask for extra sheets, but no one answered the phone, and when we finally got through, they didn’t even have enough available. It was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, the elevator was out of order, and we got stuck in the basement with no way to get out. We had to lug all of our suitcases up the stairs, which was ridiculous. The room only had one coffee maker, and considering the suite is meant to sleep 9, the amenities clearly weren’t designed for a group that size. The pool hours were another disappointment. It closed too early and didn’t open until late in the morning, so there wasn’t much time to enjoy it. On top of that, check-in isn’t until 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with no option for a late check-out. This made things even more inconvenient, especially with kids during spring break. Overall, this was a really frustrating experience, and I would not recommend staying here, especially for a family vacation. It was far from the relaxing getaway we were hoping for.

Summary: Wonderful staff. Very helpful nice people at this property. Water park is super cool and for being somewhat busy everything flowed well. Rooms could use some updating. There were no towel bars in the bathroom. Which isn’t a huge deal but seems weird for a water park hotel. I’d stay again. The slides are surprisingly fun.
