Summary: I reserved a King Suite, we checked in at 3:45 got our keys and went to go out, when we went back to the hotel we got to our room and there was only a King bed, no sofa bed as I reserved, there were 3 of us. I called front desk, no answer for 15 mins so I went down to front desk. There were no other room nor were there any cots, he said, "the best thing I can do for you is give you blankets and a pillow for the floor" He did manage to make a note for me to switch rooms for the next night, I was happy with that. Next day, we switched rooms. As we were getting ready to retire for the night, we pulled out the sofa bed and then found there were no extra bedding and pillows for the sofa bed...I called front desk and AGAIN it was ringing and ringing, finally they answered the call and i asked if we can get bedding for the sofa bed, he said he will try to find someone to bring the bedding to our room...nobody showed up so we shared the bedding from the king size bed for the sofa bed. I actually felt sorry for the young fellow working Friday and Saturday night, no help, he was also working Sunday morning as we checked out.
