Summary: Overall, I had a really decent stay. Loved the little complimentary snacks and tea. The only downside was the absence of housekeeping during my stay, which was a bit unexpected. Would’ve been great to have that, but otherwise, no complaints!

Summary: Looks clean on the surface but unit was quite grotty. Cupboards dirty, shower door, range hood, shelves, were grotty. There was also a stale smell. Carpets are old & need replacing. Apart from that, it is a wonderful place - great location, quiet, friendly staff.

Summary: First room was away from main property. Maybe ex consulting or rehab rooms? Not good. Did feel safe. Moved to a room at main complex - air con made so much noise couldn’t stay. Next room - the smell coming from the drain in bathroom smelled like rancid sewer. Air con again noisy. Staff were incredibly helpful as far as they could be. Cleaning care is better than many other accommodation places. This property is just old. Booking via external website meant no refunds or adjustments could be made By the property direct.
