Positive: The Wynn is a beautiful hotel, we stay a lot at the one in Macau, although the service is better in the Macau hotel. Everything was perfect about this hotel apart from we had a couple of dealings with the concierge who were less than helpful. Having said that, another gentleman was amazing and helped us to book a dinner for our wedding night after the previous concierge had mucked up our booking. We got married during this trip but no fuss was made and the staff didn’t seem to care, although I suppose it must happen a lot in Vegas! I think this hotel could learn a thing or two from their Macau hotel where the customer experience is exceptional in comparison.
Negative: The concierge were inconsistent and at times very unhelpful. In the lead up to the hotel it was hard to get hold of them to make bookings etc.

Positive: The stores were nice. The SW steakhouse inside the hotel was nice
Negative: This is our third time at this hotel and this time we were not satisfied. The room was missing many things such as a pen a shoehorn, etc.we couldn’t get into the pool for 6 days because it was so dirty.and although we wanted 2 rooms connecting room when we bought the hotel they were going to ask us for extra money atthe reception but we got angry. We had already paid the money.-and we called and told and they said they could do it too.the hotel is starting to look very ordinary now and is not renewing itself.the allegro restaurant inside the hotel was awful.cipriani was also very bad. They are ripping off tourists

Positive: Amazing reception area … super facilities . Nice friendly staff and good location
Negative: The smell of smoke on the corridor and in the smoking rooms was very strong but we had three choice of waiting for another room . Just for others to be aware . Also not being able to put your own bottle of water in the fridge to keep it cool was a shame

Positive: Room - Amazing and spacious. You can control everything from your ipad and Bathroom was large with double sink. Breakfast at Tableau was a great experience (get the pancakes!). Must try they buffet too! View - one of the best you could get in Vegas, seriously.
Negative: Maybe the Casino Area is too much in the open and people constantly just walk by, so you dont get that gaming vibe you probably get in other casinos.
