Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: It’s exactly the same as shown in the photos — a newly built luxury suite literally right on the beach, with private sunbeds and an umbrella. George is incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. He was like our personal concierge, recommending wonderful places to eat and visit, and even making reservations for us. The housekeeper, Sofia, is absolutely lovely 🥰 She made us feel so welcome and comfortable, almost as if we were visiting relatives rather than staying at a hotel. We had such a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this beautiful place! ❤️
Negative: For a longer stay, the room is a little small, and as it is right on the beach, there are always people walking past the front of the suite which annoyed me a lot. The sea can also be quite wavy, so it can be a little noisy at night if you leave the window open. The price is slightly above the average for the area, which is understandable as it is a luxury suite.
Summary: Beautiful luxury beachfront suite with private sunbeds, wonderful hospitality from George and Sofia ❤️

Positive: The location is just on the beach, in the center part of Skala Potamia. George was a great host, always willing to help. The cleaning was spotless, Sofie just does a really great job. The building is new, you find inside all the facilities you need for your stay and the fact you have a small piece of beach just for the guests of Xanthos is really nice.

Positive: Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff provided truly exceptional service from the very first moment. The suite was lovely, beautifully designed, and had everything we need. The room’s orientation was perfect, making it bright, quiet, and very comfortable. The private pool with its jacuzzi was absolutely amazing—the water was crystal clear, perfect, and felt like a little paradise. One of the best features was the private reserved area on the beach, which made the whole experience even more exclusive and relaxing. There were also excellent restaurants within walking distance, and everyone I met was incredibly kind and helpful. I’ve traveled extensively, and this was honestly one of the best stays I’ve ever had.
Negative: Nothing at all. Everything was outstanding, and I wouldn’t change a thing.
Summary: An unforgettable stay with exceptional service, outstanding comfort, and amazing hospitality. Highly recommended!
