Summary: Nice located hotel. Walking distance to park and lots of nice restaurants. Mini market 3 minutes walk. The hotel is very worn, but ok food and quiet. No sigarette smell anywhere

Summary: Staff were both friendly and efficient Pool was nice and clean The hotel is shared with an apartment condo complex and the space was not well maintained. The room was ok, and it was not noisy or uncomfortable. Overall the building was a little run down.

Summary: We have never been in a hotel where we had to get assistance from hotel engineers to turn on the air conditioner and to check out why there was no hot water. The water heater was not working and we had to go to another room to take showers. Just a hassle staying at this hotel. Another quirk about staying at hotels in the PI is an obsession with “checking the room” before you can check out.As the hotel has my credit card information and a deposit they could recoup any charges if we stole something (the implication). The result is that check out takes forever and makes you mad when you are leaving - the result is that we won’t stay here again.

Summary: The property is getting old but still okay with exception of the early morning repair. We were asleep and got Woken up by continued hammering on the adjacent room. I called the front desk thrice before action was taken to stopped the repair. The staff know well in advance a repair is going to be done, they could have room us in another room, Other than the ones where repair was going to be done. And what really was the kicker was I have to call three times before action was taken.

Summary: I love the big rooms of the hotel. Reasonably priced and staff are friendly. Buffet breakfast has lots of options. Homey feel and good for families. My only concern is that kids are not for free. They charged us extra 500 per night- probably for the buffet bfast but they only ate cereals. I wish they are like other hotels in Clark who doesn’t charge small kids so long as they room share with adults and are below 12 yrs of age.
