Positive: I liked the location and the staff were great and accommodating - food was great too!

Negative: The rooms with windows into the hotel were very noisy- could always hear people very easily and especially early in the morning by the dinning room was so loud with all the dishes going out to prep for breakfast or even dinner too.

Positive: We stayed here last year as part of a tour group and I remember the breakfast as being a little better. The room was nice, clean, and although the bed was a little harder than I'm used to I slept like a baby, so maybe I need a harder mattress. The location is perfect. You're right across the street from a big market and there are amazing deals to be had. You're a close walk to a lot of interesting attractions and restaurants. We stayed here 3 days coming and one going and ate at the hotel which was also very good and very reasonably priced. The staff is top notch.

Negative: Nothing. We would absolutely stay there again if we ever went back to Cusco.

Positive: The free buffet breakfast was great, the rooms were clean & comfortable. Staff was super helpful as well!

Negative: WiFi was not great, and the my group’s room keys did get mixed up a few times by the staff (not a huge deal at all).
