Summary: There were several “iffy” looking men chilling outside that made me a bit weary (I’m a petite 5’ woman traveling on my own) other than that and the fact that I didn’t get shampoo, I had a very calm and pleasant stay. The room was quite clean, spacious, everything worked perfectly, and I got a good night sleep to continue my trip. Owners were kind to me and even greeted me in the morning while packing up.

Summary: The room was very nice and clean. They are remodeling the motel and work equipment is around but neatly stored. The owner eas very adamant about not smoking in the room which was fine with me. When he asked if I had a pet, he asked "Are you sure?" which irritated me as if I was lying. In his defense, he said he had been lied to about that in the past. Overall, the stay was good for the price!

Summary: This is an older motel that is being updated, so it's a work in progress. Our room was very large and clean, well worth the price we paid. Would stay here again if in the area.

Summary: Excelent service. The owner came to the room to show me how to use the TV controller, rather than explaining over the phone. Super comfortable. The were remodeling when we stayed, but don't let looks deceive.

Summary: The XIT is fine if you need a comfortable room and good night's sleep. The check-in process is slow but room 42 was clean and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom has been remodeled.

Summary: The couple that manages this place are always friendly and welcoming even when I arrive at 11:30 at night. My room was clean and comfortable and had a refrigerator with a freezer compartment that was actually cold enough to refreeze my blue ice. I like knowing this place is here, and that I will be able to get a restful night's sleep.

Summary: It may not look the greatest, from the outside, but it's currently being remodeled. This is my 3rd stay here and the rooms are always comfortable and very clean. The shower had been upgraded and that was nice. The couple at the front desk, are friendly and helpful.
