Positive: Great spacious and comfortable room.Excellent service from staff. Gourmet plentiful set breakfast also excellent .Good and quiet location.

Negative: Nothing really, staff a little inexperienced but they make up for it with politeness and effort. Some may not appreciate Chinese dishes/set gourmet breakfast but we enjoyed it.

Positive: It was located in a quiet residential area adjacent to the old Anping area and the hotel is virtually brand new with a huge deluxe room and an overwhelmingly pleasant and helpful staff, an amazing breakfast set and beautifully decorated

Negative: Our only minor complaint is that the floor tiles in the shower were very slippery and as we are in our 70’s we need to be very careful to watch our balance. The staff provided a non slip mat for us which mostly solved the problem

Positive: Very clean and comfortable in a good position for the historic area of the city. We arrived well before check-in time, but we were given tea and snacks, and then our luggage was stored while we explored the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
