Positive: Staff treatment was excellent made me feel at home Would recommend this hotel for good money just missing a nice function room, pool table bar and hotel food etc but it was still perfect and spectacular views of the mountains
Negative: There wasn't anythink not to like unless your a snob And expecting too much for your money Prices are perfect maybe only thing need better shower head units

Positive: Spacious and very clean rooms. Such level of cleanliness is not something we often see, it was simply perfect. Helpful, supportive and kind staff. New hotel with new equipment/furniture. In general we were happy with the property even though we had some minor issues which was taken seriously by the staff and solutions were offered.
Negative: The room they gave us first was not what we booked, it did not have the washing machine although in booking it was clearly mentioned that the room has a washing machine and the photos also showed the washing machine. Only the 2nd day we could have the room we booked. It was a bit inconvenient to pack again and change the rooms. Both rooms we stayed smelled heavy cigarette smoke, all furniture had absorb the smoke so even if we kept all windows open we could not get rid of the bad smell. Hotel should implement the non-smoking policy more strictly (i.e; not supplying ashtray in non-smoking rooms, placing non-smoking signs in the rooms, implementing fines).

Positive: The room was clean, and the staff were very kind. I have nothing to complain about. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Although I arrived very early, they kindly let me check in in advance so I could rest. The accommodation is only five minutes away from Sarısu Women’s Beach by taxi. There are several markets right next to the apartment where you can find everything you need.
Negative: No complaints at all.

Positive: Exceptional. Recommend it for families or big groups. It is best if you have a car. There are cheap supermarkets like Metro, sok, a101 in walking distance. The apartment has all the amenities, very cosy and clean. The owners were helpful and assisted on all of our requests. Will come back for sure.
