Positive: Adorable! Well appointed tiny house on the water. We loved sitting on the patio overlooking the water in the mornings. Free use of bicycles to ride down to Sombrero Beach was a lot of fun! A few things to note that were not an issue for us at all: - the ramp to the unit is quite steep. Roller luggage needs a firm hand lol. Anyone with mobility issues might have trouble navigating the ramp. - it is basically a motorhome on the water so the bathroom and shower are smaller. Again, not an issue for us, but noteworthy.
Negative: Slight septic smell when flushing the toilet.
Summary: Fun experience
