Positive: On the beach, easy parking, nice AC. Can fall asleep to sound of the waves.

Negative: Water from shower only came out burning hot. Construction was being done in the adjacent lot every morning. Beach is not clean.

Summary: Nice stay for 1-2 nights max, otherwise not very comfortable for multiple nights or more than 2 people.

Positive: Amazing view and super nice apartment , was lovely to hear the sound of the Ocean

Negative: If I were the owner I would remove the cellophane from the mattresses as it was a bit noisy and uncomfortable while sleeping

Positive: The property is right on the beach. With the picture perfect ocean view.!! Very clean and all of the basic kitchen needs .

Negative: There is no back up water or generator for the facility. So if it's out... Your OUT. The beach front is very cluttered with bamboo and what ever the tides bring in!!
