Positive: Great location Historic building.
Negative: Not really a complaint about the property more about why scored it down. Turned up and room we were booked for the ceiling had apparently “given way & fallen in” so we didn’t get to stay in the old hotel. We were given an upgrade to the new residence next door which was really nice. Appreciated. Went to event at Rochford winery that night, woke up early next morning after a 36 degree day in the Yarra as the air conditioning was off due to power outage in the area since earlier that morning. No power = No coffee, tea or toast for breakfast. Only cereal and yoghurt/milk that hadn’t been in fridge for ? How long No discount. No nothing. Were just told the Bakery across the road was on generator back up and had power as an option.
Summary: Disappointing stay unfortunately
