4 Bedroom Cottage in Grand Bend, Lambton Shores

Our modern open concept one floor cottage has 4 bedrooms and is located in the private woodland community of Southcott Pines. It is fully equipped with gas furnace, gas fire, central a/c,, dishwasher, TV with netflix, CV and DVD and wifi. The main room is approx 35 ft with 14 ft cathedral ceilings. There are two decks with outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ. It is only a short walk to the private sandy beach of Southcott Pines. On the main floor there is a large master (queen bed) with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. There are two further bedrooms (one queen and one with twins) and additional shower room. The basement is not completely finished but there is a finished bedroom with queen bed and pullout sofa. There is also a commercial grade air hockey table in the basement. Please note we only rent to families or mature couples.

Summary: Absolutely loved this place. 8 of us came up on a golf trip, and we couldn’t believe the cleanliness and spaciousness of this cottage in Southcott Pines. Lynda and Martin were available for any questions we had. I highly recommend this stunning place. 10/10

Summary: Beautiful home in the woods. Private and quiet neighborhood. Close to all Grand Bend has to offer. Close to Pinery Provincial park. House held five adults and one teenager with comfort and ease. Great kitchen!

Summary: Spacious, clean. close to lovely beach. Being Sept. we had beach mostly to ourselves. Enjoyed a Blue Line fishing charter & caught some delicious walleye.

Summary: We had a really great time at Lynda’s place. We were a family of 6, 4 adults and 2 kids and we found the place very comfortable, spacious, clean and very convenient located. We enjoyed the private beach and it was very close. The cottage was much better than what the photos suggested. It is very big, great open concept and nice view. Communication with owner was very good and they were very flexible for checking in and out.

Summary: This was our 23rd year getting together and first time here. everything was great. Lots of room for the 8 of us and walking distance to the private beach. We will definitely be coming back

Summary: My wife arranged that our two sons and myself have a weekend together like we had done when they were young. We loved the modern spacious surroundings, the nice walks to enjoy the waves and the new styles in beachwear and we didn't run out of beer till the last day.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay at this property as two senior couples on a golf getaway in the area. Communication with the host was very pleasant. The house was clean, comfortable and a great “ home away from home”. Would definitely stay here again !

Summary: Lynda was a great host. She welcomed us warmly by text with good information and responded to our questions in a timely manner. The cottage was spacious, well appointed and comfortable inside and out and had a unique design We loved our huge master bedroom with walk in closet. The large picture windows from which you see out in the main living space present a view of forest and greenery everywhere. The beach was a pretty, ten minute walk away. All eight people in our party agreed that this was a beautiful place to rent.
