GLP Amenities include 3 beaches, boating, tennis courts, playgrounds, organized adult and children's events including camps, clamming and crabbing- something for everyone all within walking distance !! Come enjoy water views in this totally remodeled, fully furnished original GLP historic cottage. 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Kitchen is updated with cherry / granite/ss. Living room w original beach stone fireplace with gas logs, upstairs steam shower with body sprayers, open floor plan with wrap-around porch where you can watch all the boats. Split AC/heating unit. Outdoors enjoy a heated granite in-ground pool late April thru early Oct and an outdoor shower. Great outdoor entertaining spaces. 2 car garage detached garage. Sleeps up to 10. House includes use of a paddleboard & kayak & some bikes & scooters.

September 1st-30th 2023 - $6K for the month - would consider inquiries by the week as well, would also consider starting an academic rental 9/1
Academic rental - October 1st 2023- May 31st 2024- $2400 per month plus utilities
June 16th-30th 2024 - $5K per week

Summary: Our family celebrated the arrival of our first child by renting this beautiful home located near where we grew up, enabling grandparents and aunts & uncles to meet our little girl and spend quality time together. The outdoor space was just what we wanted — we spent every day on the huge wrap around porch and went on daily walks in the neighborhood. The sunrises, sunsets and stars were beautiful and the house large yet cozy. Truly a perfect month — thanks to our hosts for making it all so easy and wonderful!

Summary: Perfect original GLP house centrally located. Walked and rode bikes to beaches, tennis, and the Casino for breakfast. Having the pool made it even better. Great house!!

Summary: This property is literally perfect. Beautiful and spacious. Spotless. Open kitchen, dining and seating. Owners went out of their way to create a 5th bedroom (4 others upstairs) out of the sunroom for my mom. She loved having her private space on the first floor with her own TV and bath. The private pool and hot tub! The wrap around porch! Seating galore. Gourmet kitchen with seating bar! If I designed a place for our family to converge and be together after a long horrible pandemic year when we lost our dad, it would be this. I will long remember this beautiful place, the views and breezes from the ocean, the early morning walks along the shore, and the lovely people who own it.
