This property is a wonderful ranch home. There are two bedrooms with open concept living room/kitchen area. Cathedral ceilings with exposed beams. Radiant heated floors throughout for those chilly mornings and nights which make it rentable year-round. It also has a pellet stove to add to the peacefulness and comfort of your stay.
It is a stone's throw away from the beautiful, clear, sandy bottomed lake. A great place for the kids to play, get in your kayak, or just sit and relax. This home is centrally located to the ocean, Lake Winnipesaukee, the White Mountains, ski areas and access to nearby snowmobile trails.
In the fall, come to New England, stay in the area, take a weekend break and enjoy the vibrant colors of the leaves and all the fall season has to offer. In the winter (November - April) come for a week (Friday to Friday) snowshoe, snowmobile, or head to the nearby ski areas.
For those rainy days, this home is furnished with a game room downstairs. This has a Wii, DVD player and a foosball table to enjoy.

Summary: This was my second stay at this location and it provided everything needed for my trip. Nice quiet area near the lake and close to Alton Bay where I was meeting some friends. Deb provided clear instructions and check out/in were nice and easy.

Summary: My wife and I were in the area for a wedding and were lucky enough to find this wonderful spot to stay. Convenient, cozy and just what we needed. Would have welcomed an extra few days to stay, what with the beautiful lake I walked to each morning with a hot cup of tea and the gorgeous countryside in all directions, but our sitter could only handle 4 kids on her own for so long! Thanks to Deb for the clear communication and flexibility to meet our needs.
