Summary: I booked this for out-of-town family and they said it was a great place to stay. The wedding was in Nov so we didn't use the lake... It's easy to get to from the downtown area.

Summary: We had a great stay. Location was great. Sitting by the fire on a cool fall evening looking out over the lake, reminiscing was perfect. We enjoyed the rec room playing darts. There were many other games to play we just ran out of time. The kitchen had everything you could need, more than most places I have stayed at. I did have to call the morning of our stay to get check in info, but owner did answer right away and gave me the info. They were nice enough to let us check in a little early which was greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: Close to downtown Shawano and the cute shops. Enjoyed looking at the lake and relaxing in the downstairs game room.

Summary: This is a second stay for us. The lake house is perfect for our stay with grandkids. All amenities are provided to grill out…play lawn games…hang out in the game room…making even rainy days a fun family event. Only a few blocks from park. Kids loved the entire week!

Summary: Great little game room in the basement. Fire pit was wonderful. Thermostat control should be controllable by guest. It was too warm to sleep at night.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and ready for us. It was a super hot few days when we stayed. The air worked very well on the main floor and basement. The second floor bedrooms were fine but we needed a fan to help cool us. The attic bedroom was very warm as no air conditioning was up there and we couldn't get the windows open. So just keep this in mind if renting this in the summer and wanting to use the 3 beds up there. However, this wouldn't prevent us from renting it again. We enjoyed the game room space for us to hang out in . The yard is great. It's flat and right on the water. The location is great!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. A couple of issues--air conditioning to bedrooms was very inadequate so it was hot and stuffy in them. (For the owner's benefit, the top of the counter in the kitchen has worked loose and needs to be reglued and clamped). Two bathrooms for the number of people was a little tight, but we managed. The outside was great and we used the firepit closest to the house. The lake access was great and the kids enjoyed themselves. Didn't know about the room that housed the games and extra chairs until late on Monday which would have been helpful to have been directed to it. It would have been extremely helpful if I would have been able to have discussed the property with the owners. Since this was my first time in doing this, I am sure there were many things I missed that were available to me had I known what to do. With all this said, it was still a great time for my family to spend time together. Thank you.

Summary: We were amazed at the master bedrom with a king bed and the bonus game room plus they stocked it with everything you need or forget except shampoo and conditioner. So bring your family and enjoy. It has one shower though not two like most nowadays but when you get tvs in your rooms and nice back door entrances and the rest this offers you will love it. Nice location too.
