Positive: Amazing location with wonderful views. Staff were friendly and helpful and provided local transfers. Our room was clean and comfortable sofa and bed. Breakfast and dinner were both good.
Negative: This hotel is in a beautiful location but we felt it needed a little bit more care and attention from management. No hot water in our room when we arrived and initially only hand towels were provided. The hot water was turned on when we asked and we had to ask for bath towels. Staff were lovely but at times overstretched.
Summary: Great location and amazing views.

Positive: What a mind-blowing breathtaking heart melting view🤩🤩🤩🤩. Wow, the view from the Boutique is really one thing to see and lose yourself in it from mornings to evenings. I feel in love with the view and the peace around the place as it is a bit far from the city. Totally worthy choosing this place to rest and relax. Breakfast was delicious, and all the restaurant options that I chose were really good and tasty. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for everything ❤️

Positive: Exceptional location and views. Doesn't come better than this. Good breakfast. Staff really tried to make sure we were well looked after.
Negative: Room OK. Furnishing OK. Could do with a bit of love and attention to bring it up to the standard of the location and views.

Positive: Naturally the view is the enticing aspect of the hotel but there is so much more: the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The restaurant serves delicious food and there is nice music playing all the time which really adds to the atmosphere. There are also lots of adorable animals around, cats, dogs, sheep, goats, squirrels and birds. It is pretty much heaven on earth. There was a little problem with our room when we arrived which was quickly rectified and we received an upgrade. We only mention this because how staff deal with problems is very important. In this case, above all expectations. We are vegan and the staff cooked us homemade food specifically for us each day, and it was all delicious. They even baked a vegan cake for my wife’s birthday and it was incredible. We were so happy at this hotel and the staff made us feel very special. Already, we are dreaming of returning. It’s quite possibly the best hotel we ever stayed at.
