Positive: This house is absolutely perfect! It is beautiful, very well-equipped, in a beautiful setting. The beds are firm and very comfortable. Shower has plenty of hot water and good pressure. Plenty of towels, toiletries, beach towels, etc. The online guidebook book is awesome. I hope all lodging places start using it. Everything you need is a click away - booking tours, getting a taxi, finding restaurants, having food delivered. Elena is gracious and very helpful. She arranged to have a taxi pick us up at the airport. Everything you need is a short walk away. The beach right outside the little front gate is amazing. I'm a person who struggles to relax on vacation but this house just makes your nervous system pause and breathe. I'm looking forward to returning in the future and will absolutely stay here again....Hopefully longer than 4 days. This place is an absolute gem!

Negative: The only fault I can point out is the stairway in this house is something yo be aware of. It is beautiful but does not have a railing. And it turns at angles on the way down so that the steps are various widths and shapes. It would be very easy to take a misstep. It would be easy to fall from the last landing into the kitchen. There are cute lights in the stairs but since they shine straight up, they actually make it harder to see the steps in the dark since they shine into your face. If you walk to the outside of the stairs going up to stay on the wider tread, you can hit your head on a small bump out portion of the wall that overhang the steps (like I did lol). Again, this house is absolutely amazing but if you have someone who relies on holding a railing on staircases or small children, you need to be aware of this. There is a bedroom on the first floor so they could avoid the steps. Everything else is absolutely perfect!!!

Positive: This was the most incredible place we’ve ever stayed in! Your own private beachfront oasis! Everything about it was exceptional - from the location, to the amenities, to the beautiful design and decor of the house.

Negative: Absolutely nothing - everything was perfect; we could not think of a single thing that could be improved upon!

Positive: This house is steps from the beautiful beach! Restaurants and shops very close, 2 minute walk to town center. Very clean, the house had everything we needed for our visit. Elena, was helpful and accommodating, and offered suggested activities. We loved Isabela and will return soon!

Positive: Beautiful beachfront villa. Pictures assume, that it's right at the beach, but actually a "road" is in-between villa and ocean, which doesn't make it any worse, just differs from expectations. In the end, it's literally a 50 meter walk until you're in the water. Clean and comfortable building, but to fulfill the 10/10 still a few bits missing. Nothing bad though. Talking about tiny details in structure and perfectionism. Due to heavy rain after arrival we were looking for umbrellas, which weren't provided, but after a short WhatsApp message delivered to the house.

Negative: At this price, umbrellas should be provided, as well as updated "welcome-books" w/ info about the facilities and surrounding areas. Nothing bad, and wonderful quick contacts possible to solve issues - yet not ready for a 10/10. But: definitely a worthwhile stay and a big recommendation for possible future guests!

Summary: Worth it! Lovely house w/ a great host and easy communication.

Positive: Excellent beautiful beach house right on the beach, in a perfect location! Hands down the BEST accommodation on the island. We would all go back in a heartbeat. There is no better place to stay. Truly!! The view from all the rooms spectacular, great front patio with hammocks. Loved that the the windows were reflective so that passersby couldn't see inside the house. It felt very private. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Elena, the host was always responsive and responded rapidly.

Negative: It was a new house so there were a few small maintenance kinks that needed to be worked out. That being said, Elena immediately took care of any issues we had.
