Summary: Pulling up the outside is not really impressive. Inside was clean, neat and orderly. The room was clean and well taken care of with a nice desk, small table and an recliner. Breakfast was not included, but discounted and very good at the attached restaurant. I would recommend this property and would stay again if in town.

Summary: The Yellowstone River Inn is your basic 2-star motel. That said, it was priced accordingly, and it was actually not as bad as it first looked. It was even mostly quiet, besides the drunk guys coming home at 1:30 in the morning talking loudly in the hall. Best thing--there is a restaurant. Best thing if you like taxidermy--there's lots of it.

Summary: Great stop in a small town! The accommodations were basic, but clean and comfortable. The attached restaurant and bar has 24-hour food service—so unexpected. Looks to be a well-run family establishment.
