Summary: (Couple), we stayed one night which was fine. A bit small for the building with rooms, longer stays I would think the cabins would be a better option if available. Sitting on the two-tier deck overlooking the Yellowstone River was a + Check in was smooth. If they are full parking can be a challenge for some if you have a full size suv, I would suggest backing in where possible since parking lot is one way in and out. Price in my opinion was a bit high, especially with no breakfast included like chain hotels but overall, I would recommend.

Summary: I had thought we were renting a room with a balcony overlooking the river. Nothing however could be further from the truth. The room was tiny and looking onto a carpark. While one unit did have a balcony overlooking the river the other 12 or so units did not. I felt deceived. Sadly it was a great disappointment especially given the large expense of the room. I would not recommend it. Even the general balcony that does overlook the river was poorly laid out. No gas for the barbecue and substandard care and facilities.

Summary: Our stay at Yellowstone Riverside Cottages was absolutely phenomenal. The cottage was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed, but the real highlight was the breathtaking view of the Yellowstone River right outside our door. Waking up to the sound of the river and enjoying complimentary coffee in the room while watching the wildlife across the river in Yellowstone National Park was an unforgettable experience. The property is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located for exploring Yellowstone National Park while still feeling like a relaxing retreat. The staff was welcoming and made us feel right at home and were overly hospitable in the coolest way. They take a lot of pride in the little details of this property, all around. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, incredible scenery, and a true Yellowstone experience, I can’t recommend Yellowstone Riverside Cottages highly enough. We would stay here again without hesitation and would build our trip around this property in future years. Just awesome!!

As a bonus, we watched elk at dusk drink from the river right from our room’s balcony. Highly recommended!
