Positive: We’ve been travelling for 2 months throughout Italy and this was the best place we’ve stayed in so far. The apartment was comfortable (the bed was very comfortable)—the cooking area was great. The shower was great and the laundry area was great. If we disnt have to move on to other places we’d have stayed longer!
Negative: Stairs to get it were a little steep and we had to park our bikes outside—minor things for sure.
Summary: Very comfortable location with responsive landlords, and in a great location inside the Lucca walls—the nearby cathedral

Positive: Paula and Lorenzo gave us a lovely welcome and lots of helpful local info. They were always on hand by WhatsApp if we needed anything and couldn't have been more friendly and charming. The apartment is lovely and has everything you need for a perfect stay. It was spotlessly clean and you can tell that a lot of care and attention has gone into making this a comfortable place to stay. The location is close to all amenities and to the train station. No hesitation in recommending a stay here.
Negative: Nothing negative to say.

Positive: Lovely apartment in a quiet part of town near the wall and botanical garden. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with parking, arranging dinner reservations, meeting me with the keys, and helping me get a taxi.
Negative: Some of the artwork was not to my taste, but I bet it will go over great with the people who go to Lucca for the gaming convention.

Positive: The host was very nice and very responsive. She picked us up and took our luggages to the apartment while we were walking there. They don’t have elevator but stairs is very doable. Apartment is super cute! So many amenities they provide for us for our stay. Apartment layout also quite comfortable. It was also super clean. Walkable to Lucca centre. We had amazing time staying in Yema Home in Lucca and probably one of my favourite apartment I ever stayed in my Europe trip.
Summary: Worth every penny to stay in this cute and clean apartment!
