Positive: The location was fantastic, in a beautiful large farm with a picturesque view of the sea in a very remote setting where on a good day can actually see the coast of Wales. They allow you to walk through their open fields seeing the sheep which is very kind. It was very spacious within the Barn and is perfect for large families. It is also close to lots of places to visit locally by car. If you have the opportunity on a clear night without moonlight do go out and stargaze because it is mesmerising due to the low light pollution. The owners were very kind to assist us in taking in our Online Shop ordered to the location as we missed our timeslot due to traffic on our way down and without them would have made the beginning of our stay very difficult so cannot thank them enough.
Negative: As much as we loved the location and owners, It unfortunately was not that clean, the basics were clean which was hoovered floors, bathroom facilities and fresh bed sheets which were perfect. However we did find dirty food left in the Microwave, dirty plates and cutlery, the cutlery drawer tray had to be completely cleaned due to crumbs and dirty stains on it. Dinner placement mats also had left over food in-between them. VERY dusty in areas and even chocolate smeared on the kids bunk bed which must have been from the previous users. We were unable to turn on the large fans due to knowing the amount of dust would fall down if used. Upon our arrival we spent the first few hours cleaning which was very disappointing.

Positive: The location was beautiful (we are keen walkers). The sitting space was perfect (for a group of 7). Kitchen and bathroom facilities were great for our stay. I didn't give a score for the hosts because we did not meet them. The property was perfectly clean throughout. Very comfy beds and towels!
Negative: There was nothing we disliked.
Summary: We have stayed in many properties. This was the best for comfort, location and suitability for us

Positive: Location brilliant, property nice, bedding comfortable & clean. Lounge area lovely.
Negative: The barn itself was dirty, in summary dusty, cobwebs everywhere not been dusted for a long time. In the kitchen fridge door needed cleaning, all cupboards & shelves were dirty, cups were dirty & five were chipped. All around kitchen bin was filty up the walls. Under sofa was litter from previous guests dust & dirt under rug in lounge area. Door frames & skirting boards dirty & dusty. Doors in some of bedrooms & bathroom didn't close. Mouldy bathrooms & unclean behind toilets. No basic condiments & no clean washing ups pads. Barn name plate hanging off. Wood frames dirty not wiped. Curtains thick layer of dust. No basics tin foil, clingfilm, sponge pads.
