Positive: Breakfast was nice, good selection and fresh juice / coffee/ eggs to order. The room is functional, the staff are very nice, they upkeep the hotel well. It's centrally located not being far from many parts of the east side of Mallorca. We found the air conditioning TOO cold, if that's possible. We liked the honesty bar and it's a quiet hotel.
Negative: The pool is smaller than it appears in the photos and there are not any real restaurants really in the village. It is a small modern hotel with no views of the countryside and shared small courtyard with the pool.

Positive: We absolutely loved our stay at Ynaira Hotel & Spa. Honestly, one of the most beautiful and charming hotels I’ve ever been to. Everything was perfect — from the tasteful decor to the delicious breakfast. The staff was amazing, every single person we came across — reception, cleaning, kitchen — was kind, helpful, and made us feel so welcome. We enjoyed every minute of it and will definitely be coming back!

Negative: The bed is hard as a rock. If you're a person that has trouble with beds this might be a red flag. There was also some mold on the breakfast tomatoes one of the days.

Positive: A beautifully renovated boutique hotel in the middle of Mallorca. We loved the bright double room with views on 2nd floor that we got after a downgrade. The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly and direct.
Negative: We booked a junior suite with balcony and views as seen in photos and described by features, but received one on the ground floor in front of the pool. The ad on Booking was clearly misleading. The problem with this room type is that it's pretty dim in winter and there is no privacy once curtains are open and other guests can easily peek into your room when you just want to get some sun in. This was clearly not what we expected. The staff was not understanding at first, tried to deflect the issue to Booking, but then came around and offered us a downgrade to a double room with balcony and views - albeit without refund for the price difference. We loved the new room and accepted since it was bright and had views and we didn't mind the smaller size, but seeing the staff not fully owning the problem left a sour taste. Btw: the text and photos on Booking were updated after we notified them. The spa experience was below our expectations (1h per day on reservation), steam bath broken, Sauna too small to fully lie down, spa atmosphere is not very inviting. There is a constant noise in the yard, maybe from the pool facilities?! Try to stay as far away from it as possible.
