Negative: The place is old school, doors that don't close easy, hearing alot of other people's doors slams...need to upgrade to sliding patio doors

Positive: We really enjoyed the location, close enough to walk to the center in about 10 minutes, yet tucked into nature so it still feels peaceful and secluded. The views are beautiful, the garden is well maintained, and the pool area is definitely a highlight.

Negative: However, the rooms are starting to feel a bit dated and could use an upgrade. Some furniture pieces, like the lamps and curtains, were noticeably dusty or dirty, which is a shame because the overall property has so much potential. Breakfast could also be improved, especially the coffee, which was honestly one of the weakest we had. It’s a place with a lot of charm, but a refresh and better attention to detail would make a big difference.

Positive: The hotel staff are always so friendly and helpful. The location is the center of heaven on earth. For everything else, the staff will give you a ride to the shopping street. Also the included breakfast has all your favorites.

Positive: It's the staff, they are amazing! The location is perfect, close to town but quiet. The breakfast is delicious, everything from my favorite Thai breakfasts to western food (why anyone would go all the way to Pai to have western food is a mystery to me!) The rooms are very comfortable and the beds are very un-Thai like in that they are very comfortable (Thai people seem to like their beds very hard so these are especially nice. On the rare morning when the mist parts and you can see the sunrise there is no more beautiful place on earth. The guests are from all over the world so if you want to meet diverse people this is the place. I almost hate to rave about this place because I would like to keep it my secret but it's really amazing!
