Positive: More than a hotel, Yonge Suites makes you feel at home. The appartment we got was wide enough for a couple, with 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a washing machine which is very convenient. The building is very modern and it's located right in the heart of the action, with a subway station just by the entrance. Housekeeping is made every day and there is a nice terrace on the second floor where you can smoke. Staff is helpful and kind. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Negative: Unfortunately you can't open the windows and there is a permanent sound coming from the ventilation system, although it's not a big deal. There were some coffee and tea bags when arriving, but they were never replaced and we had to buy our own.

Positive: Rooms are amazing - feels like staying in a real apartment. Very quiet. Lots of space. Walkable from Union Station and right in downtown.
Negative: Bed was a bit firm; the main bathroom (there are actually 2!) had very little shelf space for toiletries.
Summary: Will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Toronto.

Positive: Great stay. Clean room, friendly staff at reception and cleaning personal. Great Check in and Check out experience. Staff always attentive and friendly. Kitchen facilities great from Cofe Machine to Glases, two pots, washing Mashine for Clothing and dishwasher! Sufficient places and even a Grater for cheese and vegetables. Business Lounge and area to sit on the roof. Felt very welcome and comfortable.

Positive: Great location downtown in easy walking distance from Union Station and right across the street from the Eaton Centre. Wonderfully friendly and helpful team. Spacious apartment with everything we needed including good air con for hotter days. Highly recommend for families.
