Positive: Ryokans are an amazing Japanese experience and Yoshii certainly was from the greeting to to goodbye. It's located in the heart of Kurashiki on a mostly walking street. Very quiet, especially after dark.

Negative: We're getting too old to sleep on the floor. The mats are comfortable enough but getting up and down takes effort. We also had no control over garden lights which were kept on all night.
