Summary: Great stay. Location felt safe. Quick/easy access to the freeway, down town, Walmart, soccer fields. Nice little back yard. Kitchen had everything we needed. Will stay there again.

Summary: I have to say this property was at the lower end of our experiences with VRBO's. I must have missed that it was a Duplex. That wasn't the mail issue however. It was about how the "home" felt. While it was fairly clean and the baseboard heaters worked well, it was very "cold" and uninviting. No coziness, few pictures on the walls, the backyard which was fenced for the dogs (convenient) was very dingy and obviously uncared-for. The kitchen was very ill stocked. Zero storage bags, foil etc. Only Wax Paper. What? Two tissues left in the one box of tissues. And is the dish washer not working? We filled it after dinner to find no dish washer pods or detergent. Just no attention to detail.When I put my pasta dish in the oven to heat the oven was missing a rack and was filthy. Our kids came over for gift opening and thank goodness I brought a small Christmas Tree. It was a few days before the holiday and would have thought a few seasonal decorations but only a Christmas theme gnome door mat. Just all very disappointing.The host was responsive when I emailed that on the day of check-in I had no address. She responded promptly and maybe I missed that in the confirmation.And no check-in and check-out instructions. Usually the homes have nice binders with instructions and suggestions for the area. We only had Wi-Fi and a number to call the host if needed.Overall not a good stay. I'm sorry but I don't get how some folks could rate this home Exceptional. VRBO should coach better,

Summary: This property is perfect for folks traveling with a dog. It has a fully fenced yard and even a doggy door. All one level and flooring was great and manageable for our senior pup.

Summary: The unit had a very strong chemical smell when we arrived - maybe just strong chemicals needed from previous dogs (?). It disappeared after time and we got a spray and candle to combat the smell and then it was fine. The dog door and fenced back yard was great and made it easy. Not fancy but overall good when traveling with a pet.
