Charming town home nestled in a serene and tranquil setting, overlooking Tampa Bay.(Don't worry, there is an elevator to the 2nd floor/ or 28 steps by the swimming pool to reach you beautiful town home.) This marvelous home is meticulously arranged for comfort and enjoyment! Privacy and beauty surround you on this one acre property. You'll feel like you're living in a fabulous tree house. Escape and relax to the sound of the peaceful, tropical waterfalls in the 15 x 35 foot swimming pool. It is "Private" for your group ONLY, it is NOT shared ! On the side of of the swimming pool on the upper deck, with an amazing Tiki Hut with a outdoor kitchen, with a unbelievable grill, refrigerator & music w/Bluetooth you will love.The fabulous bar to sit by, with a cocktail, under the lighted tiki hut , you will also enjoy the view of "Tampa Bay" and chat with friends, watch television, along with music w/ sound system and outdoor television to enjoy! You will be in own private paradise outside with all the amenities.
Home features:1,320. sq ft home, tastefully decorated with comfort in mind, 3 bedroom/2 bath split plan, with a large open kitchen, equipped for all of your needs. 600 sq. foot fully screened balcony with table & chairs to enjoy eating outside or just lose yourself in the beautiful view! Sit on the large deck under the enormous oaks, and enjoy being in the hot tub under the stars and sunset.. Watch and enjoy nature at its finest. This property is not suitable for children under 12 years of age for safety reasons: open pool, and the travertine tile, they could trip or fall on, that’s around the pool and the 28 steps to front door. We care about their safety for your sake and ours.
** In awesome Safety Harbor with 29 restaurants,12 shops, 5 pubs, 2 breweries,14 salons, plus MORE!! They have boutiques, coffee shops (oh my), bars and places to eat, even candy stores. You then could walk to the " Safety Harbor Spa", you can walk down to the pier (see the manatees) and walk the park...amazing!! Then you could have lunch at "Barfly.", great food, drinks, and view and large, sit inside or outside. Fabulous!! I know I repeated myself, we are so Proud of this area . It is amazing! Dunedin is great area to see.
Clearwater Beach is 14 miles and Honeymoon Island is 8 miles from the townhouse.The home is centrally located and close to everything. Airport, Beaches, Parks, oh we can't forget Shopping at all surrounding places!
It has High Speed Wireless Internet and Fire Stick on all 5 flat screen TV's.
We have complimentary bicycles to ride. The home is so close, it is only 1 mile to beautiful 122-acre Philippe Park, where you can watch the sunrise and set their or just relax and view the water. It is only 2 miles to charming Safety Harbor, you can stop at Starbucks, Coldstone Creamery, shopping boutiques, along with quaint restaurants, wine bars and so much more! So Exciting! On the 3rd Friday of the month, they close off the streets and have music and food and kiosks for art & crafts, etc,. So Much Fun!!
Tampa Airport very close and Clearwater Beach is 13 miles, which is about a 20 minute drive.

Summary: We stayed 8 days at Jack & Beverly's place in early April and had a great time. We visited St. Pete's, Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon Park and downtown Tampa which are all easy rides (40 minutes or less). We also spent a lot of time in the hidden gem of downtown Safety Harbor. The unit is ideal for 4-6 adults with three very comfortable queen/king bedrooms and a nice kitchen/living room. The best part is the access to the outdoors with the beautiful screen porch and amazing pool, hot tub and tike bar. Jack and Beverly were very easy to work with.

Summary: House was PERFECT! Beverly and Jack were ideal hosts. They make your stay extremely easy and comfortable. Communication between all was outstanding!House was well stocked with everything you need!Close to many shops, restaurants and beach activities. Summary: Beverly and Jack are amazing hosts. They are extremely friendly and willing to answer all questions. The house is perfect. It is beautifully decorated and furnished with anything that you might need. The grounds, including the pool area, the tiki bar and the hot tub are "picture perfect." It is a lovely spot where you can relax and make plans for your day trips. We look forward to returning next year.

Summary: I stayed with my 87-year old mom, my husband and a cousin from upstate New York. This house was amazing. Plenty of room for everyone and it had everything you could possibly need for your stay. While we don't cook on vacation, they even had spices, coffee, sugar, condiments for you to use. I had asked the owners if they had noodles for the pool. She mentioned that they had not, but went out and purchased them for use. I can't say enough how awesome Beverly and Jack are. If the weather had been a bit warmer in the evenings, I would have loved to have shared a drink with them by the Tiki Bar. Such a great couple.This home literally has everything you could possibly want for your stay.We also loved that Beverly and Jack showed us around the property - how to heat the pool, the hot tub, the tvs, the phone chargers, the kitchen.... They make your stay the best it can possibly be. We will be back!

Every detail and amenity was carefully chosen and made our stay like a home away from home! The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and a delight to talk to. Summary: This rental had a lot going for it: friendly hosts, LOTS of room to spread out, gorgeous outdoor area with pool, hot tub, and tiki bar. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was pretty well stocked. The area is quiet, safe, had lovely views, and is close to a lot of convenient shops like grocery stores, big box stores, and pharmacies. I am hoping they will provide shampoo/conditioner at some point (the host told me they never have provided these, so be sure to bring your own), and it would be nice if they mentioned in the main description that the hearing of the pool costs extra money in the winter months (this info was buried in a subsection of the listing, so the request for additional poll-heating money at the end of our visit was a surprise to us). Also, the street address number is 6, not 7 as shown on the listing. All in all, a very nice place to stay and we'd rent it again.

Summary: We do Thanksgiving in Tampa area as son graduated from USF in 22 & daughter is a jr. This place is by far the best rental we've ever stayed at. Gorgeous pool, hot tub & tiki bar. Inside everything was so comfortable and spacious

Summary: The home was very nice, exactly as described, with everything in perfect order and very clean. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and added a lot of enjoyment to our stay. One thing that surprised me was the owner's approach—I stay at many VRBOs, and it was unexpected that they wanted to walk us around the property upon arrival. The owners were also on-site during our stay more than expected. If you’re looking for complete privacy, this might not be the ideal spot, but for anyone who doesn’t mind having attentive hosts nearby, it’s perfect. Overall, it’s a wonderful property with great amenities!
