Adorable Sweet cozy Mid Century Style Townhome just steps from St. Augustine's historic district, walk to the city's best restaurants, shops, attractions, the historic Castillo de San Marcos, the scenic St. Augustine Lighthouse, and the Alligator Farm.
Walker Charters to Anastasia Mini-Golf is also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
The space
Our beautiful Townhome has two bathrooms and two bedrooms, one of them with a full bed, and a queen sofa bed, and the other one is equipped with a queen size perfect for families or groups of friends.
The living room is bright and airy, with a large flat-screen TV, and a comfortable seating leather sofa bed, which can be used for two more people to sleep.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay and eat together at the original piano table, or simply enjoy the front garden which is perfect for a morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail.
NO PETS ALLOWED. There will be an automatic $500 fee for violation of this policy. Also please note there is an open staircase in the unit. Guests with small children should bring a gate or other barrier for safety.

Summary: Property was a perfect distance across the bridge from downtown st Augustine, close to the beach, and away from all the crazy bridge traffic. I recommend checking out all of the tucked away spots right around the area during your stay, if we hadn't booked this stay, I would've never thought to explore this side of the bridge! Parking is super easy, and there's really no need to drive anywhere except for the beach or a grocery store if needed. Super easy to contact the host, and our privacy was respected! Definitely would stay here again.

Summary: We spent three great nights here. It was the perfect location for us. We walked across the Bridge of Lions to get to the Historic District so many times we claimed it for our own.We could also walk to the Lighthouse and plenty of restaurants from our location.The house was just as described and had everything we needed. The gardens were well maintained and it was very peaceful sitting out there in the morning with our breakfast and coffee.Our hosts were responsive with anything we needed to know about the house and the surroundings.I would give this 10 stars if I could. Thank you Luis for providing such a wonderful place for us to stay in St. Augustine.

Summary: It was our first visit to St. Augustine and we enjoyed our stay here very much. The house and garden were very nicely decorated with antiques. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was complete with dishes, glassware, pots and pans, etc. The pricing was very reasonable. We were able to walk to the historic district but it was a kind of long walk for a couple of seniors. I'm sure younger folks could do just fine.

Summary: Everything about this place was exactly as described. The host was easy to talk to and very accessible. The place was clean . The bed was comfortable. The host provided everything to make our stay comfortable and we felt like we were at the home of a good friend. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The location is within walking distance of many restaurants and historic sights . We definitely would stay here again.

Summary: Perfect location if you are looking to explore the historic district and the beach. We were visiting to see a show at the amphitheater so it’s close to that also. This is a beautiful little oasis to relax after a day out and about. We really enjoyed hanging outside in the beautiful garden. Everything we needed was provided. Very attentive hosts. Thank you for a great visit!

Summary: The place was awesome, and just perfect for us to walk downtown, grab grilled cheese (vegan and gf too) at Sarbez, and get delicious breakfast each morning at Creative Juices! It was comfortable and cute. Very beautifully decorated. We sat on the patio in the morning and I even napped on the grass in the sun. Wonderful stay!
