Living / dining room is an open comfy area to relax and unwind or gather and chat. Surrounded with windows letting natural light in and letting the stress out, this will quickly become your favorite area. HD smart tv for your viewing convenience if the kids are locked in watching a movie downstairs.
Kitchen is spacious and ready for any hosting needs. Cook a home meal or uncork a bottle of wine. You've got pots, pans, knives, bowls and cooking utensils all at your disposal. A toaster for convenience, small coffee station ready to wake you up, and a kettle for tea if that's what you prefer.

The arcade plays close to 1000 games from classic arcade (Pacman, Mortal Kombat, Galaga, Street Fighter, Donkey Kong, Punch out, etc) to nintendo/sega games (Super Mario 1-2-and 3, multiple Sonic games, Ninja turtles, The simpsons, Paperboy, etc)
2nd full bathroom is downstairs and has a washer and dryer for your convenience free of charge.
Out back is a large fully fenced private yard at your disposal. Small sitting area with love seat, 2 chairs, and small fire pit table. Small weber grill. Cornhole and bocce ball games as well.
