Summary: This is a great little house located in a cute neighborhood close to shopping and downtown. 10 to 15 minutes from Austin’s amazing downtown food and music scene and 2 minutes to the grocery store if you are looking to eat in. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to suit our needs during our stay.

Summary: Nicely renovated house with lots of room to spread out. Good desk setup in master bedroom to use laptop. Quiet neighborhood with close driving access to grocery, restaurants, activities. Cleaned well. Note that the listed washer and dryer are not included in rental fee.
