You’ll feel right at home in this comfortable, fully furnished three bedroom/two bath second story condo in the Indigo Creek neighborhood of the Broadlands. The third bedroom is furnished as an office with a sleeper sofa. A large walk-in closet extends beyond the master bath and the second bath includes both shower and tub. The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. A comfortable balcony provides additional space for entertaining.
All furnishings are provided and there is a stairlift for the steps leading up to the unit if needed. A spacious garage and mud room are located downstairs. All HOA amenities (both inside and outside pools and a fitness room) are included.

Summary: We stayed in this cute condo for several weeks to help our daughter’s family after the birth of their second baby. The location was perfect for us. The complex is very well taken care of, and right near the golf course. It’s convenient to groceries and shopping. The kitchen is very well stocked, and there are plenty of linens and towels. The owner is very a friendly and helpful.

Summary: We rented this condo for a month's stay to be near our daughter, who lives in Louisville, to help her prepare for her wedding in early March. It was a great choice. The condo was immaculate, in good working order, convenient and very comfortable. It is centrally located between Denver and Boulder and surrounding towns. It was great to have a garage as the weather was snowy and cold on and off through the month we were here. It is a very well stocked condo with everything you need in the kitchen, linens and general supplies. It is in a very quiet, pleasant neighborhood. We highly recommend this condo for a longer stay and we would stay here again.

Summary: Beautiful, comfortable home. It was so nice to have a fully equipped kitchen ,with everything you might need for casual as well as more gourmet cooking. The location was perfect.

Summary: Since it's the holiday season I'd like to share the wealth and let everyone know that is a beautiful place to stay! From its impeccable furnishings to its central location between Denver and Boulder this place is perfect. This was our second time staying in this condo and it lacked for nothing. Our most recent stay was over the Christmas holiday. When we arrived, the condo was decorated for the holidays which really made it feel like home . I can not say enough about the owners and management company as they were very accommodating to us. This is truly 'a home away from home ' .

Summary: From the minute we walked into this condo we were impressed with the beautiful decor and the spacious floor plan. The kitchen is open and up to date, and the bedrooms and baths are great. We loved the fireplace! The location can't be beat for being close to grocery stores and malls, yet the residence is quiet and away from traffic. Great place to be home away from home.

Summary: We just finished our stay this Broomfield condo. It was super clean and the furnishings were great. We loved the fact that it was close to so much. It is centrally located between Denver and Boulder with close/easy access to interstates. There were several grocery stores close by and shopping too. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen had all the necessities to cook with and the soaking tub in the master bath was appreciated after the cold weather. The neighborhood was really quiet. The snow plow and snow removal was immediate. There are two amenity centers which we did not use but went and looked at. We will be sure to use when we come to stay again. Hope to visit our family again soon. If we do, we will stay here again.
