Summary: Wonderful home for a two month visit We enjoyed all aspects of this house and our host Bettie. The house was very well equipped and had a wonderful yard and deck it was very spacious and had modern appliances. Great walking trails nearby in the natural areas of the conservation area of The Royal Botanical gardens. Westdale village with restaurants a grocery store and a bakery we also walked to. We found the neighbours were friendly. We hope to come back and stay again soon. Highly recommend this home and especially our friendly host Bettie.

Summary: Great house, great host, close to everything Hamilton has to offer. Only 55 minutes from Niagra Falls and 1 hour to Toronto. Pictures do not do the house justice. We highly recommend.

Summary: Our family of 5 had a lovely time in Hamilton at Bettie’s house. The neighborhood feels very safe and was quiet. The location of the home works well for day-tripping to the falls and to Toronto. This home works well for a family of our size by any more may make it difficult to relax in the family room. VRBO has the home listed to sleep 8 but with three beds it’s really for a max of 6. The kitchen had everything we needed. The back yard was a nice setting to relax in. There is a pool you can pay to visit and Bettie was provided pool towels for us. We were very happy and would recommend.

Summary: We recently stayed in Bettie’s beautiful rental home whilst in Canada for a family wedding! The property is exceptionally clean and welcoming on entry. We couldn’t believe how immaculate and we’ll stocked it was. Bettie had kindly got some snacks for our kids following the long flight from Scotland. Everything was well thought out from cleaning products, plates, cups, cutlery, tea towels etc. My girls adored the house and loved the garden and if they were too warm when outside, all they had to do was go down and play in the basement to cool down. We regularly used the local community pool, which was extremely good value for money, and good fun for the kids. The local shops were within walking distance and all the shopkeepers were extremely friendly and helpful. If we were ever to go back to Westdale, we wouldn’t hesitate to request to stay here again :) Thank you for being a great host with a great property, we could have easily stayed longer xo

Summary: Our stay at Bettie’s was everything we hoped it would be. The neighbourhood is quiet and the house was perfect for our family to use as our “pad” during our son’s wedding week. Would definitely recommend this one.

Summary: We were renovating our own home so needed a long stay arrangement. Bettie’s place was perfect for our needs - on a quiet street, close to grocery stores and our daughter’s school. Being close to all the local nature trails was a real bonus too. The house is clean and in great condition - it presents well. And Bettie has stocked it with everything you could possibly need for an extended stay. Bettie was a great host - very attentive and great with communication. I would not hesitate to recommend the Paradise house as the perfect place to stay.
