My home is located in the heart of Belleville, the friendly city. This quaint basement apartment is only 5 minutes from the Quinte Mall, Shorelines Casino, The Empire Theatre, and the CAA Arena, home of the Belleville Senators.
If wineries are more your style, Prince Edward County is a mere 30 minute drive away.
An immaculately clean space awaits you in the basement of my home. Upstairs lives a small family of 3. The basement apartment is completely separate.
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to make your stay relaxing and memorable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to make a simple breakfast or a gourmet meal.

Summary: It truly was a Home Away from Home. My son and I stayed in the basement apartment for 3 weeks and found it to be cozy but spacious with everything you would need for both a short or long term stay. We were even surprised with some fresh fruit, yummy locally made cheezies and fresh food and beverages in the fridge - a nice welcoming touch after a long drive. I like cooking so was pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen and very organized and well equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils and supplies. The decor is modern and had good lighting. I really liked the ambience lighting that each room had. Each bedroom room was equipped with a chest of drawers and hanging storage and a window. The beds were very comfortable. I was grateful for the functional internet as I often had to do Zoom meetings from the apartment. Anita, the owner, was very welcoming and accommodating. A quiet and cozy apartment. Overall a very good experience home away from home. Very happy to find this.

Summary: Really good stay, nice place, really clean and with a good breakfast included. Only a little bit noise when people walk upstairs, but it is a basement, so normal, and there was 2 chairs for 3 people in the dinner table. Really good privacy either.

Summary: We stayed for a long duration and Anita was overly accommodating. She was always available for questions. The location was close to everything that we needed, grocery store and mall.
