A cozy yet spacious alternative to hotel rooms. Ideal for a family vacation, extended stay or transition to a new home. Perfect location for a grandparent visit if family in the north central area. An added bonus is you can park in the garage. A recent review stated 'the house didn't feel like a rental, it truly was a home away from home.' It is professionally cleaned with a personal touch as shown by the many reviews for cleanliness. This updated home is located on a quiet cul de sac in north central’s Bulverde Village, a very safe neighborhood. An added bonus is that it is just outside the city limits so no city taxes. It features an open floor plan with master bedroom/bathroom separate from other bedrooms. This 3 bedroom/2 bath home is ideal to sleep four or five. The third bedroom/office area features a futon along with an office desk suitable for a work environment. Queen size beds in both master and guest bedroom. A baby pac n play and booster chair are available plus a few games and toys. WIFI. HDTV in main area plus flat screen tv in master bedroom. Tastefully decorated with a Texas theme. The house is single story and very easy access to all areas. For your convenience the garage is available to park your vehicle inside with the use of a remote garage door opener.
The northside location makes it convenient to most San Antonio attractions via main highways plus we are the gateway to the many enjoyable small towns in the Hill Country. A great choice for a grandparent visit if family lives north of 1604. It is close to the TPC golf course, varied shopping and all styles of restaurants are within a short drive. The community park is available with playground equipment and a giant sandbox, volleyball nets and a basketball court. There is also a nice walking path near the park area. We love staying here and think you will also. NEW IN FALL 2024 is a pickleball court and we have equipment available. You can easily make a day trip to the beach or the scenic Hill Country.

Summary: This house was a wonderful location for us as we visited our daughter and family who live close by. The home is perfectly maintained and was very clean. In this time of COVID they even had multiple bottles of hand sanitizer and some face masks in the house. The house was well supplied with anything the renter may need including shampoo. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all questions. The beds were very comfortable as was all the furniture. The photos show exactly what is in the home. We will definitely rent there again.
