Negative: They asked for so many documents that we thought they would build the house in our name. They wanted extra money even though we were renting with a child. The house was very noisy. And we are not happy to be constantly disturbed.

Positive: The location was perfect, two metros by foot in around 10 mins!! Also the neighbourhood was so cute and quiet. A nice stay for sure!

Positive: The apartment was much more spacious than I expected. It had two bathrooms (one with a shower, both with toilets) and even a small balcony. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need for cooking — they even provided vinegar! The location was fantastic: just a 3–5 minute walk to the Sagrada Família, and only 3 minutes to both a Carrefour and a Mercadona. Truly, you couldn’t ask for more.
Negative: Just a heads-up: you’re expected to take out the trash and do the dishes yourself before checkout. I didn’t mind it, but it’s good to know in advance.
