Positive: - The location waa very close to the metro station so it was easy to move through the city, and also a lot of facilities in the neighbourhood
Negative: To start with: - No air conditioning - Kitchen utensils were dirty - Bed mattress at the second room was very uncomfortable - Bed Pillows in both rooms were uncomfortable as well - No basic amenities like water, shower gel - Second room didnt have black out curtain so light came into really early in the morning. Also noisy neighbours

Positive: A great place to stay, the flat was nice and clean! Lucio was an excellent host and was very fast and responsive to queries. Excellent value for money!
Negative: There were no basic amenities provided such as tea, coffee, salt & pepper, oil, shampoo etc. but given the price we weren't too worried and this place exceeded expectations!

Positive: The host was amazing. We had a long day and arrived very late and were having trouble with the phone we used for the booking. The host was VERY accommodating and we appreciate the extra support at such a late hour. To be clear, the information sent to us for accessing the apartment through a Booking email was clear and normally would be perfect for accessing the apartment... we were just having technical difficulties with our phone/email. The apartment was clean and comfortable and we highly recommend this location to everyone. Enjoy your stay!
