Lovely home with a private large, fenced yard, patio gas grilling and backyard dining surrounded by nature, ~ 5 min from Churchill Downs, the Expo Ctr and the University of Louisville.

Summary: We rented the property for two and half months this summer. The owner is very sweet and helpful any time you need her. The neighborhood is very quiet and walkable. House is clean and everything you need to live in a home is there and more.

Summary: The property is fantastic! The house itself is great, and made for a truly enjoyable stay. Gabriele (The property owner) is so very friendly and accommodating, I'm just so happy that she confirmed my request for this stay. The property is conveniently located, well furnished, and has space to relax and enjoy. The yard is fenced in with lots of room, an outdoor table and chairs, and a fire pit as well. We very much enjoyed being able to relax outside and enjoy the weather and unwind from a long day with a small fire. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the area!

Summary: Had an overall great stay at this house. We stayed at this house for 3 months to work in the area. It's a nice house in a great area of Louisville. The owner was super awesome and checked in with us just to make sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. The house is minutes from fun but yet is far away enough to relax in a quiet neighborhood. If I'm in the area again I will definitely try to stay here again!
