Fully equipped, 1000 square foot walk-out suite with private entrance and patio, located in our home. We love to welcome visitors to beautiful Osoyoos and have prepared the suite to include everything to make it a home away from home for your vacation. Beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining area and brightly lit living room. Master bedroom has a king bed, storage and flat screen TV. Second bedroom has a queen bed. All linens are supplied, as well as cleaning and laundry supplies. Your private patio is perfect for relaxing and outdoor dining, with shared use of a barbecue. Off street parking for up to two vehicles. It's just a short walk to all town amenities and attractions, as well as to beaches and the lake.
Minimum rental in summer, fall and spring is 7 nights, and rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only. We only start taking new summer guest reservations in January. Special Snowbird rates available (only $1100 CDN per month) for 5-6 month stay November through April 30.

Summary: We all loved it! It was very roomy and spacious, was well equipped and had a private patio/back yard, which we enjoyed every morning with our coffees. The patio has a lovely view of the water and mountain, and the garden was host to hummingbirds! Our hosts were so friendly, warm and kind-the sort of people you’d want to be friends with. We knew if there was anything we needed, we could ask. We would definitely stay there again!

Summary: This is our the very best experience!!! Hosts Bill and Brenda are so friendly and welcoming!!! The house is very clean, with Air Conditioning. Bedrooms with king size and queen size beds, also very clean and comfortable for sleep mattresses. Kitchen equipped with all you need dishes, utensils, kettle, coffee maker, toaster.... WiFi, cable tv... Outside patio with BBQ and hummingbirds.... And yes, the view on the lake - million dollars view! Beautiful people, beautiful house!!! We are looking forward to book it next year for longer stay! Thank you Bill and Brenda!!!

Summary: It was excellent. Communication with hosts was pleasant. First time we booked a VRBO and it was all one could hope for. Kitchen well-stocked and beds - including pillows - were as comfortable as home. This is a first class residence in a quiet neighbourhood.
