Positive: Absolutely awesome homestay and beautiful family. I really felt like a member of the family while I was here, and they looked out for me and gave me tips as I had just moved to Melbourne from overseas. Extremely clean, safe, healthy and happy environment to stay in for any period of time. I cooked all of my meals while I was here and the kitchen was large and extremely well equipped. The bathroom too was great. I initially had planned to stay for two weeks however extended it another ten days as I enjoyed it so much and was made to feel so welcome. Thank you so much Andrรจs and family! And Cooper the dog!
Summary: Truly lovely homestay, I felt so welcome and enjoyed every moment of it.

Positive: The bathroom was beautiful, very elegant and modern. I appreciated the separate fridge and access to the stove. Andres and his wife were very understanding of my job and the late hour of my return from work. Excellent communication; I really adored to text in Spanglish!
Negative: I did not like how strict the rules in the booklet sounded; the tone of the booklet contrasted sharply with the genial tone of the host, so sometimes I did not know how to behave. Also, I would prefer a firm mattress.

Positive: The room is very clean, and the host is extremely friendly. The little dog in the house is really cute. This is a villa area, and it's very quiet and safe here. The scenery of the surrounding houses, trees, flowers and plants is also very beautiful.
Negative: It's comfortable to live here, but those who are especially sensitive to heat or cold should think twice before making a decision. It's not suitable for travelers who have a great need for cooking, as the cookware here may not meet your requirements. It's quite far from the supermarket, and you have to drive to get there.

Positive: We were hosted at this super clean home by the most welcoming lovely family, and their gorgeous dog; he's worked out & mastered how to make guests feel at home also. Wanders behind you looking up with doe eyes for pats, knows not to go into the bedroom but just needs to have a peek at the new faces, sits quietly at the door when family goes out I had a little friend sit quietly by my feet as I ate breakfast. ๐Ÿ˜˜ I know, clever dog thinks I will offer some๐Ÿคฃ; but the crumbs are still good, if not! Thank you for your hospitality lovely family๐Ÿ‘. We are certainly going to enter Lower Templestowe into the "search engine" for our next weekend Melbourne visit. ๐Ÿคž the room will be available at that time.
Negative: Absolutely, no issues with the home in a lovely leafy suburb of Melbourne. Quite a few blocks walk to catch public transport bus to a train station, however it would be a pleasant walk on a good weather day
