Our property is clean, safe, quiet, and well maintained. It is located in Sabal Woods development near Publix, Target, Home Depot, and Lowes, along with a variety of great restaurants, gyms, and spas. In addition, the Wekiva Springs Wildlife State Park and a 7Eleven are just around the corner.
This incredibly beautiful house comes with a lighted newly resurfaced pool and screened back sitting porch. The yard has palm trees, ilex cassine, southern magnolia, fire bush, and Sweetbay magnolia trees, and other magnificent shrubberies around the front. Plus, the backyard is private with a high post secure fence around it entirely.
You'll love watching the sunrise from the master bedroom window and watching it set from over the roof in the evening as you sit by the pool. The pool is not heated. The home boasts open feeling rooms for you to unwind and think peaceful thoughts. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, two in the family room/library, and two on the back sun porch. The front entrance opens to a marble flooring in the foyer that leads to the kitchen and family room. The living, dining, and bedrooms are all outfitted with plush carpeting that will have your feet feeling nice and cozy. The family room also has a desk and two lighted bookshelves where you can place your favorite reading material while you stay here.
Off the side of the living room and entrance from the garage, you have a mud/laundry room, perfect for coming right in and throwing rain-soaked or work dirty clothes right into the washer before entering the house.
There is a door directly from the two Master bedrooms to the pool area so you don't have to track wet feet into the house you can go right to the bath or shower. The back Master bedroom has a two-sink cabinet, bathtub, and shower. There is also a lighted bookshelf cabinet with a desk door allowing you to write, type or read if you don't want to read from the huge comfy reading chair or Queen bed in the front Master Bedroom.
Overall this house is extremely comfortable and easy to live in.

Summary: Property was adequate for our purpose. We spent little time there other than to sleep. Was a little further away from attractions than I would of liked but we managed.

Summary: The house was clean... thats great however the check in process was not made clear. It was secure but confusing. The pool was not up to great standards it was maintained but I believe the filter was faulty as there was a constant film of pollen and and dirt on the pool. Some of the showers had to have specific instructions on them because they were either strange or faulty. This house did served its purpose and was close to friends we visited.. there was adequate beds and sheets and blankets to accommodate are family of 6. Dishes and laundry access was provided . I believe they will get better as they rent this property more often.
