Summary: My Wife and I set out to have a relaxing vacation on Grand Bahama and we found this great condo right on the beach and short walking distance to a nice beach bar!. The property manager, "Speedy" helped us set up a rental car and Erica from the rental car company met us at the airport and drove us to the condo to meet Speedy. Truly unexpected service... very much appreciated. The condo is a two story with two bedrooms, great ocean view and with the doors open, soothing sounds of the ocean waves. We did experience a couple of mechanical issues with the condo, and the property manager Speedy was there almost immediately to address the issues! The pool is a great place to meet other folks staying at the complex and a great place to relax. Grocery and liquor stores are close by. Overall a very relaxing vacation

Summary: We stayed at this property during our first trip to the Bahamas and came as wary US Midwesterners. We were thoroughly pleased. Communication prior to arriving was great, comments about the helpfulness of Speedy were spot on. She was a great resource, and well connected. Check in was smooth and information provided regarding car rental and area amenities was spot on. I should add that wifi was very reliable at the condo, as it was a necessity for maintaining communication back home. As suggested, we found that there was wonderful local establishments to the west end of the beach. I can't say enough good things about Marva's place for local cuisine and information. Charlie and Bruno serve great conch. This is perfect walking distance, especially when walking along the beach. Pool was clean, not much beach at high tide, but proximity to the beach at the next resort made it a non-issue. Snorkeling to the east just before the jetty was great and well within walking distance too. Amazing diving operation at Sunn Oddessy was again within walking distance, even though they did come pick us up as a courtesy. Cabs are readily available, but car rental company suggested had GREAT service. Brought the car to us and met us at the airport to pick it up. We even extended our usage with a quick phone call. It allowed us to fully explore the island, take in the local tourist locations, and experience the culture and nightlife. Overall-can't wait to go back and sharing our experience with everyone who'd like to hear!

Summary: The property was very nice and the condo location was good. The most impressive part of our vacation were the people. From taxi drivers to retail to restaurant employees to tour personal we felt like we were welcome and were treated as such. Our contact at the condo, Speedy was the most helpful person we could have asked for.

Summary: Right on the beach! Walking distance to some restaurants, The Manta Ray is awesome. 5 minute drive to the Market Place which is full of shops and restaurants. The view from the condo is stunning, the beds are comfy and the showers are just right. Speedy was always there if we needed anything. My only warning is that if you are elderly or have bad knees the stairs might be hard to climb. But we had a wonderful time!
