REST EASY after a fabulous day of exploring in our cozy single family home just 20 min from Zions National Park & 20 min to St. George. SLEEPS 10! Freshly painted and decorated with NEW laminate flooring throughout. (no carpet!) Master bedroom has KING sized bed & oversized tub.
Fully equipped kitchen (think everything you need to cook for 10!) w/coffee & coffee maker. FREE use of washer & dryer. QUIET neighborhood under beautiful red ledges and around the corner from a coffee house and grocery store! Enjoy!
Cozy single family home in quiet neighborhood with red rock ledges. You can pre-order your groceries from Davis and Food and Drug and drive up and they will bring them out to you. This is an exceptionally clean property designed by an experienced Superhost with your comfort and convenience in mind. There's a great patio to enjoy your cup 'o Joe underneath the beautiful red rock ledges. You will enjoy the quiet and peaceful neighborhood that is close to Zion's National Park at the end of a long day. The beds are comfy and the linens are clean and we have a thing about pillows so we provide a LOT of them! Our goal is to make every guest feel like this is their "home away from home" so they can really unwind and relax from regular life.

The entire house. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, FREE use of washer & dryer, garage, patio & backyard. You will have access to everything except the supply closet in the garage.
Interaction with guests
We are available if you need something but allow you your privacy as that is what most of our guests want.
This home is not overly large at 1,065 square feet but can sleep 10 people comfortably. We like to says its cozy and comfortable. One of the bedrooms is an add on to the home and has a TV and fireplace that is used to heat this room along with a bunk bed and queen sized pull out couch with memory foam mattress that is actually sleepable. There is enough seating for 10 people to sit down and eat. We have large TVs in the living room, master bedroom and third bedroom. We do not have cable as most guests have their own Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. account. We have NO STAIRS to climb as the house is all on one level. Both showers have grab bars to help those with mobility issues.

Summary: We booked this property for a soccer tournament we attended. The soccer tournament was in St. George so we were out a ways but the drive to everywhere we needed to get still seemed quick. The neighborhood was quiet. We also went to Zions one day and it was nice being so close to the park. The property achieved all of our needs. We didn’t feel the cleanliness met our expectations but it wasn’t “dirty”. The kitchen was well stocked as was the other areas of the house. The host was super attentive and made sure we knew she was there at all times. Overall the property met our needs and we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: We had such a wonderful time staying at this property. It was very comfortable and homey. Close to Mt Zion 🏔️ National Park. If you need to go shopping for necessities, there are stores that are nearby. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. The owners are very nice to check up on us by messaging to see if we need anything. We would definitely book this property again when we come back.

Summary: We had a great experience while staying here. This house is big enough for 10, it was only 4 of us so we had plenty of space. The kitchen had a lot of room, big sized fridge and electric stove top. We like to cook so it was perfect for us. I also loved that we had access to the washer and dryer, they are big too. We were able to wash our clothes the night before we left. One of the bathrooms had a big tub and my kids loved it. The only downside was the living room couch, it was very stiff and uncomfortable. We like to watch movies at the end of night as a family and for my kids, they were fine. For us adults, we sat on chairs. This will not deter us from staying here again because this house had everything we needed. The host messaged me throughout the stay for check in and check out info. We are very satisfied and happy that we found this place.

Summary: They made this house into a cozy home. A large open area for the kitchen, dining room and living room was perfect for two or a larger group. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable and it was nice having a separate bath for each bedroom. There is also a temperature controlled sunroom which was bright and fun. There was no hitches just lots of fun to be had. Zion National Park was our main destination but we also got to see Bryce Canyon and other wonderful beautiful sightseeing spots. There's so much to do in Utah! Always so beautiful! We'll come back to this cozy home If the opportunity presents itself
