Positive: What can I say other then Casa Ivi was beautiful. Host family were a delight really helped when asked any question. House is set in beautiful Montepertuso about 30min walk down to Positano centre. Lovely house.
Negative: Nothing at all. Walk down to Positano can be daunting for some but a bus service is available.

Positive: The property is exactly how it looks in the pictures- beautiful!!! The view is amazing and the house is so cute, clean and comfortable. Vivianna was great, super helpful and the property is well equipped- there is even a washing machine! There is about a 20-25 minute walk down to Positano so be prepared for that but the buses are great and the wee square up by the house has a great wee shop and a lovely restaurant.

Positive: We absolutely LOVED casa ivi! Viviana was so helpful and responsive, the place was so spacious, stocked with everything we needed, and we loved spending time on the terrace overlooking the view. It was a long trek down to city center of Positano but we didn’t mind the walk down, but we did have to get a taxi or bus coming up unless we wanted to be sweating / working out! The bus was cheap and easy to use. Not to mention the two restaurants we went to in Montepertuso (where Casa Ivi is) ended up being our favorite of the whole trip. These were just a 5-15 minute walk away.
Summary: Would go back in a heartbeat!

Positive: We had an amazing stay at Casa Ivi in Positano. The garden and pool is absolutely stunning with a beautiful view of Positano and the sea. The house is well equipped and they kindly left us with some basic provisions and a bottle of Prosecco. The hosts were very kind and helped us carry our bags and gave some great recommendations for restaurants during our stay. The location of the house is up above Positano, which made walking down very quick and easy and we enjoyed being away from the busyness of the main town. Walking back up might be challenging if you’re not fit and healthy, but we did not mind, and there’s a bus you can take from the centre of town. The location was also great if you want to do the path of the gods hike. I highly recommend staying here.

Positive: Firstly the hosts are amazing, very wonderful Italian hospitality, I am so grateful. The location and view is breathtaking, directly located on the steps down to the tourist part. Peaceful I loved it

Positive: We loved everything about Villa Ivi, including the beautiful view from the generous terrace, the stylish plunge pool to cool off in, the very well equipped accommodation (which was more spacious than it looked online), the extraordinary hospitality shown by the hosts, such as delivery of home grown tomatoes. It is a good walk down to Positano, 35 minutes of steps, but you can get the bus or taxi if you want to avoid the steps. We really enjoyed the serenity of the local town, Montepertuso, where there are two very good restaurants, after the crowds in Positano. If you are feeling up to it we would suggest the absolutely spectacular Path of the Gods hike. We would come back and stay at Casa Ivi in a flash.
