Positive: Staff are great and dinner was tasty. We left early but got a bento breaky. Onsen is very nice. Close to bus stop. Rooms are spacious.
Negative: Small bean pillow was rock hard, and we both didn't find it comfortable. The room was too hot for the thick futon blanket so you were either too hot under or too cold without it.

Positive: Way exceeding the expectations. The hot spring, the food and the drop off service they provided. Staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend to stay at this hotel if you visit the area.

Positive: Large ryokan located not far from Yunominae Onsen but outside the town. Good option when limited stays on the Kumano Kodo trail. Dinner was very good. Rooms are pretty if dated.
