These detached accommodations at Resort de Rijp are all constructed in the traditional Zaan style.
You can choose from a variety of comfortably furnished types. The L-shaped, 6-person De Rijp type (NL-1487-03) offers a very spacious layout. The Waterland type is available as a 6-person villa (NL-1487-04) or an 8-person villa (NL-1487-06). The Velthorst type (NL-1487-07) is a single-storey chalet.
Whichever accommodation you choose, you will have a spacious garden and a terrace with garden furniture.
The pool is closed for maintenance until February 17, 2022.

Summary: We zijn door de foto's van Belvilla totaal misleidt. Op de foto stond een leuk Zaans huisje aan het water. In werkelijkheid was het een huisje met zo ongeveer een parkeerplek als tuintje. Niets geen water. Niets geen mooi terras. We zijn naar de receptie gegaan om te vragen of we nog een ander huisje konden krijgen, maar alles zat vol. Verder was het huis zelf niet schoon (radiator in badkamer vol roest en overal stof), de stoelen waren kapot en doorgezakt en toen we de waterkoker aanzette sloegen de stoppen door. Al met al, ondanks het nare huisje, was het park heel erg mooi en de medewerkers van het park zelf erg vriendelijk. Omdat we zelf erg leuke mensen zijn, hebben we het niet onze vakantie laten verpesten en zelf een leuke vakantie gehad. Echter geen aanrader om via deze manier hier een huisje te boeken, foto's komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid en dat is een erg kwalijke zaak..

Summary: Alles verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert, von der Anmeldung bis zum Auschecken. Das Haus war in Ordnung, weitestgehend sauber, alles vorhanden, was man benรถtigt. Fliegengitter wรคren aufgrund der vielen Mรผcken schรถn gewesen, auch um nachts das Fenster kippen zu kรถnnen. Die Umgebung/Anlage hat uns ebenfalls gefallen, alles gepflegt und nett angelegt. Probleme/Nachfragen werden von der Rezeption sofort freundlich aufgenommen und gelรถst. Kleines Minus Brรถtchen konnten morgens erst ab 9 Uhr geholt werden und nur auf voriger Bestellung, 3 Waschmaschinen, die alle immer wieder defekt waren, sind sehr wenig fรผr so viele Urlauber. รœbrige Coins fรผr die Waschmaschine konnten nicht zurรผckgegeben werden.

Summary: wir waren nicht das erste mal in diesem Ferienpark und werden sicherlich auch noch einmal dort hin fahren. Die Hรคuser sind sehr schรถn und immer sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt alles was man braucht und man kann sich einfach nur wohl fรผhlen und erholen. Ich hรคtte auch ein sehr gut vergeben, aber der Park ist im letzten Jahr erweitert worden und der neu angelegte Teil kommt noch ein wenig einer Baustelle gleich. Das wird sich รคndern, wenn die Neuanpflanzungen erst einmal wachsen und gedeihen. Da wir in den Pfingstferien da waren, die es in den Niederlande nicht zu geben scheint, war sowohl der imbiss (immer) als auch das restaurant meistens geschlossen. Ansonsten ist die Buchung und die Abwicklung vor Ort so herrlich unkompliziert. Die Lage des Ferienparks ist toll!

Summary: Das Einchecken ging reibungslos. An der Reception/Anmeldung wird nicht deutsch gesprochen. Die komplette Ferienanlage war sehr weitlรคufig. Keine Zubuchung von besserem W-lan nicht mรถglich, obwohl angeboten.

Summary: Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert, Check - in, Hausschlรผssel, Schranke etc. Das Ferienhaus war soweit i. O. Leider waren die Sitzmรถbel sowie die Betten durchgesessen bzw. durchgelegen, da ist sicherlich Optimierungsbedarf angebracht.

Summary: Personeel aardig, huisje fantastisch en super schoon. De omgeving erg mooi binnen liggend aan het water, binnen een half uur met de auto zo in een stad. Haarlem, Alkmaar, Egmond aan zee zeer goed te doen.

Summary: De eerste indruk was goed, een leuk aangelegd park, met leuke huisjes. Ons huisje was redelijk schoon. Het park is een uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor vele activiteiten in de regio. Het restaurant op het park is matig, maar voor met de kids wel oke. Opvallend is dat er ontzettend veel arbeidsmigranten wonen op het park, waardoor je niet echt een vakantie gevoel krijgt. Wij hadden in ons straatje geen last van hun, maar we waren het enige gezin die vakantie vierden. Er waren ook veel stukken op het park met luide muziek en wiet-lucht. Gelukkig zat het weer mee en hadden wij allerlei redenen dat we blij waren om er even uit te zijn, maar ik vind het onbegrijpelijk dat je op deze manier een vakantie park exploiteert. Ik zou hier nooit meer terug gaan en dat is eigenlijk jammer, zowel voor de omgeving als voor de verhurende huiseigenaren
