Positive: Clean, comfortable and spacious apartment in a good location and walking distance to main road for tuk tuks. The area was safe for walking into town during the day and at night and everyone welcomed you and was friendly when you passed. The host was very accommodating and always available on whatsapp and tried to assist wherever possible including contacting a neighbour in the block to turn down music when it woke us up early in the morning one day. He also organised laundry service for us at a very good price and allowed for us to have an extra late checkout at no extra cost, as our flight was not till early evening. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and the shower has good pressure. The bed was very comfortable and the ceilings fans were strong. Along with the air flow through the mesh windows, the apartment stayed cool throughout our stay. Overall we really enjoyed our time there and if it wasn't for the issues below, we would rate this a 10.
Negative: Had power cuts every day which ranged from lasting a couple hours to 24 hours. Although this is not the fault of the property, and was a issue with power company in the area, the 24 hours did cause us to have to throw away some food items in fridge. The apartment is located in a residential block which can get can quite loud at times especially as the windows are mesh only. Also, the apartment is located right next to the road which can get quite noisy and the entrance gate with visitors for the residents banging on the gate for entry.

Positive: We had a really pleasant stay at this property. The space was clean, comfortable, and matched the description perfectly. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive to our questions. The location worked well for our needs. The Wi-Fi was reliable Overall, it was exactly what we were looking for and we'd consider staying here again. A solid, dependable choice that delivered on expectations. Tom(Boda Guy) was fantastic during our stay His local knowledge was really helpful - he knew all the best routes and gave us some great tips about the area. He was friendly and courteous throughout, and we always felt safe and comfortable. We really appreciated his service and would definitely request him again for future trips.

Positive: Antative and caring owner. Clean linen and common areas. Drinking water 🚰 outlet. WiFi ( inspite of electricity shedding supported by power bank)
Negative: Frequently knocking at the main gates due to visitors coming to see other residents . Missing hot shower. Electricity shedding. Sometimes, the whole day. ( not the owners fault) poor maintain by the local government around the property. Lacking some basic functionality things. Which were pointed to the owner and promptly updated or provided by the owners.
Summary: Basic, clean property with some challenges.
