Positive: The hotel was clean.

Negative: I didin't see anyone except for the owner. He doesn't know any English words and we had to use translater all the time. My room hadn't been cleaned for 3 days. The second day there was no electricity all day long. The toilet was broken. The bed was most probably more than 20 years old. It was not comfortable.

Positive: The stay at the hotel on itself was okay.

Negative: I had problems after moving out of the hotel, I needed an invoice for my stay at the hotel and I indicated in my booking that it is a work trip. Usually it is okay to ask the hotel for an invoice a few days after, but this time it was not possible, because the hotel does not keep the receipts. I understand that and I asked them to help me resolve this problem, but all I received was it is my fault for forgetting to ask at the reception. And I understand that it would be easier if I asked it right away but I didn't know this and I would be happy to receive more of a nice answer and at least see that they want to help me.
