Negative: The bedding sheets were a bit old school and can’t tell if they were old or new. My advice for the host to use standard white sheets.

Positive: This was a one-night stay for work nearby. The facility is extra clean, basically newly built and located in a quiet, farm-like place. I loved the bed (mattress!). Bathroom, although it's shared, is very clean and modern. A comfortable lounge with the free-access to the clean and nicely equipped kitchen. A very friendly and service-oriented owner, not afraid to talk and share stories. There are night robes availablle in the closet too!

Negative: Internet connection needs work - the mobile signal is weak and the hotel service is very spotty. If I were to stay there for longer (3-4 days+) I'd appreciate to have some tea/coffee available (water kettle is in the room) at least in the shared kitchen. I din't look thoroughly through, but the kitchen seemed to be cleared of anything like that.

Summary: A comfortable, short stay in the superclean place!
